The quality of the coach determines the result

Coaching is about working with people. The biggest part of the effectiveness of a coaching lies in the quality of the coach. With his or her skills, possibilities and limitations. But mostly with the degree of presence of the coach. To what extent is the coach at home and "online" during a coaching session?

This often requires a shift in his own physical, emotional and mental attitude towards life. A more multi-dimensional view of people and the world is needed, because each of these human layers has its typical nature. By understanding and cultivating this internal alchemy you can develop the ability to achieve effects in all those different layers.

  • Alchemy of life / alchemy of coaching: what is the essence of this and how do you apply it?
  • Discover and apply the authentic laws of life.
  • Connecting the 3 life axes, through which you will again experience a state of oneness.
  • Learn to feel the difference between "the problem", "the question" and "what it is really about". And how you can get to the bottom of this.
  • Developing sensitivity / perception and truth / 4 dimensional perception.
  • Observer / observation and increasing your consciousness of what is actually happening.
  • The relationship between: the core of the human being / the core of the story.
  • Physical / emotional / mental / spiritual communication.
