Inner Alchemy - module 4: mind - deeper roots and stronger branches

 

To participate in this training it is necessary that you have already followed Inner Alchemy modules 1, 2 and 3 and are cultivating regularly. If you have never followed module 4, we would like to receive a short motivational email from you first.

 

The core consciousness of the Life Projects teachings is the “Inner Alchemy”. It forms a ladder that leads you step by step through the different dimensions of reality and life. In the Inner Alchemy method that I teach, there are 5 modules. It is a complete method of transformation and self-realization or in alchemical language: a path of immortality.

The 5 modules of the Inner Alchemy training are divided into 2 phases. In the first phase you learn the method, preferably by following the first module. If you are an experienced meditator, you can start with one of the first 3 modules of your own choice. Each of them has a powerful effect on your energy and quality of life. These 3 modules whose main themes are “core - nature - soul”, form a trinity, with each layer intertwined with the others. Thus, together they form a solid foundation for further development.

The second phase starts with module 4. By now you have done the first 3 modules one or more times and integrated them into a regular meditation practice. The content of this module 4 is much broader, while at the same time the core themes are actually simpler. Meanwhile, you can keep many more balls in the air with less effort. 

 

Chateau Frandeux is the perfect place for “Inner Alchemy” cultivation. We are grateful to be able to develop this place, with its beautiful nature and rich 'spirit field' as a 'living Alchemy field', where students can come home to a powerful Alchemy bath. 

 

Phase 2 - Module 4 - 'Mind', the intelligence field

 

From this module onward, Inner Alchemy takes on a different character in which the practice becomes part of your 'being' in addition to daily cultivation. This requires a conscious choice or, perhaps better, the choice of your soul where the sense of choice disappears. During the first 3 modules you laid the foundation for the real alchemical process. This involved a transformation of the body, your energy system, your emotions, your thoughts and way of life. You also gathered all the tools and all the ingredients to make the “life elixir” and now the distillation process can begin. As of this module, the energy and consciousness concentration are a lot higher. For a tree to grow bigger and bear more fruit, a thicker trunk and deeper roots are needed.

In this module there are 9 parts. Not all parts are taught every year. It depends on circumstances and the group.

 

  1. Refining and balancing the different energies and bodies, creating a field in which the inner space in the physical body, the soul and the subtle “mind” can come together in one state of being.
  2. The previous modules have already laid a foundation for bringing the different energies together in the belly and later in the chest center. Now this process is intensified by bringing in the mental field (centered in the head) here as well. This is not possible by willpower, but only from a state of balance, oneness and stillness and with a relaxed focus (intention).
  3. This forms the basis for the Taoist “Kan and Li” process in which the poles of inner water and fire, sun and moon, Heaven and Earth come back together in their original state of oneness. Contrary to what we often see in the West, I do not do this through visualization, but it is a process based on resonance, created by the right presence in the intelligence field. 
  4. While during the first 3 modules you learned a movement form, now the focus is mainly on “I Chuan” or “conscious standing.” This helps to merge body and mind into a state of being. We combine this with conscious bathing in the nature field.
  5. By opening the eye of Heaven, the inner light in the body is strengthened and the core will open further.
  6. Opening the central channel and connecting with the earthly and heavenly ancestral lineage. Initiations from “the Lineage,” the field of “spirit beings” and intelligences that guide these alchemy teachings. 
  7. The symbols of the life force ritual to refine and deepen the inner alchemy state.
  8. The awakening of the “soul of being human.” Where before the soul was relational, it now begins to evolve into a collective quality. You then feel more consciously that you are the other. This goes along with applying this in all aspects of your daily life and realizing your life project.
  9. Transformation of the 3 main energy centers: belly/body, chest/soul, head/mind. This purifying and strengthening is essential to further develop the “soul body”.

 

Prerequisites for participation:

- You have experience with and a love for the content of the first 3 Inner Alchemy modules and you practice it regularly.

- Write us a short email with your motivation, if you have not participated in IA 4 before.

Practical:

  • For the accommodation, there are 4 options (please choose at registration). The price increases with your choice of room.
    • Single room with private bathroom( + €520 incl. BTW)

    • Single room without private bathroom (+ €225 incl. BTW)
    • Shared room without private bathroom (+ 150 incl. BTW)
  • We will follow approximately the following schedule (breaks are provided for coffee/tea/water and fruit)
    • morning ritual 8 am
    • breakfast 9 am
    • start lesson 10 am
    • lunch break 1 pm
    • start lesson 3.30 pm  (depending on what is needed according to the lesson)
    • diner around 7 pm
  • We do the dishes together in turns
